    Shecouture.in has a friendly replacement policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress. We offer 7 Days Return & Exchange for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. We are not perfect, but we have ensured that our policies do not bring any unpleasant surprises to you post-purchase.


    What is Shecouture.in Replacement Policy?

    Our “100% Buyer Protection Program” allows for easy replacement of:

    • Products received in Damaged/Defective/Broken condition.

    • Products not as per description/photo on the website.

    All returned products must be in original condition with all tags, labels, and bills. Please follow the steps below to register your replacement or dispute within 7 days of receipt. Requests made after 7 days may not be entertained.

    1: Important: Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Partial returns of a single order are not accepted.

    2: Note: Refunds are issued as Store Credit (Coupon Code), valid for 1 year from the date of issue.


    How to Raise a Replacement Request / Dispute?

    1. Email: Send details and clear images of the defective product to support@Shecouture.in within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number in the subject.

    Who Pays for Return Shipping?

    Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must be sent via India Post only. Kindly ensure safe packaging to avoid damage in transit. We do not refund delivery charges.


    Reverse Pickup

    We do not offer reverse pickup. Customers must send the return parcel to our office address at their own cost.


    Exchange Policy

      • Only One-Time Exchange is allowed per order.

      • A shipping charge of Rs. 200 will apply for any exchange request after the first exchange.

      • Exchange is provided only via Coupon Code / Store Credit, which can be used to purchase any other item from our website.

      • If the delivered product is permanently out of stock, we will not offer any exchange policy in that case. No alternate product or refund will be issued.

      • Please ensure you place an exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days may not be considered.

        Cancellation Policy


        Once an order is placed on Shecouture.in, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed under any circumstances, whether the order is Prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).

        All orders are processed immediately after confirmation, and therefore cancellation requests are not accepted once the order is placed.

        This policy applies to:
        • Prepaid orders
        • COD orders
        • Sale / discounted products
        • Festive, occasion, or made-to-order items

        Customers are requested to carefully review product details, size charts, and all information before placing an order.

        By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to and accepts this cancellation policy


    Refund Policy

    We do not offer direct refunds. All approved refunds are issued only in the form of Coupon Code / Store Credit, usable for future purchases on Shecouture.in.


    Color & Description Discrepancy

    We strive to accurately display product details, but slight variations in color, embroidery, size, or texture may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Customers are expected to understand these minor differences as acceptable.


    Terms & Conditions

    • Returns/exchanges sent without prior approval will be rejected.

    • No return/exchange/refund for customized, stitched products, or accessories.

    • No return/exchange for items bought under Sale or Discount Code categories.

    • For defective items, we may request a 360° parcel opening video and images before approving replacement.

    • If we cannot replace a defective item, Store Credit will be issued.

    • No return/exchange available for international orders.

    • For alterations, shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

    • If a prepaid order is not accepted by the customer, no refund will be provided, and the reshipping cost must be borne by the customer.

    • Exchange for a different color/size/pattern is allowed under the same terms mentioned above.

    • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer must pay the difference online (COD not allowed).

    • If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference will be credited as Store Credit.

    • For products with beads/sequins, minor shedding is expected and not grounds for replacement.

    • Discounts, promotional offers, or coupon codes used in the original order will not be applicable on exchanged products.

    Legal Jurisdiction

    All legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat.
